Highlighting a card and pressing M will open up the fast commit/move dialog.
Type to search for any backlog or board throughout your organization. You can either move the card there or add it (which keeps the card in the current location and adds it to the new one as well). Fast commit/move is also available from the More... menu in the card popup itself.
